Crash and burn

We all have those days. Days when we just kinda want to stay in our pink kitty cat pajamas, and our Dr. Suess-striped fuzzy socks. Days when we mourn. Not that we lost someone precious, but for lost opportunities, hard choices, and even though we know we made the right decision it doesn't make it feel any better. Yet. Crash and burn days. Mine is today. Might be tomorrow as well. I'll still be working, still be moving, still be typing, still be doing the things I need to do...but just thinking a bit about the rest of it and shoring up to move along.

On a happy note, I heard a radio commercial that Salvation Army is having a 50% off everything sale this Saturday. That made me feel better already. My friend and biz partner, Jane, called and said she is coming over for a visit later...so, yes, things are looking up. And, thank God, I'm not in Haiti, so, honestly, I have little to complain about.

"Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Jesus took hold of [for] me." ~Paul, Phillipians 3:12 NIV

Sorry you were having a bad day and hope today is better! BTW, I need to replace the Holiday ad!

Cheers!

Boy, do I hear you!....and identify with that uncomfortable feeling. Best Wishes, Tina.
