3. Plants help patients recovering from surgery and ease the symptoms of Alzheimer’s.

We are beginning to learn what our ancestors knew for centuries, plants are more than just ornaments. Simple cohabitation with them brings us health and calm.

What a great post! I've also read recently that patients recover more quickly if they have a window view with a scene of plants and trees than if they just had a blank wall with a painting on it. I know I always feel better after a walk through the bush and nature!
